There is something really special when people come together, move, breathe and rest. Join us every Thursday evening in April at 7pm for 4 x 60 minute practices.

Whether you're feeling on the burnout creeping in or just craving time to feel like you again, this series is for you.

Join us every Thursday evening in April at 7pm for a 60-minute practice designed to regulate the nervous system, beat burnout, and foster connection within community.

The Details

Each week, we’ll explore a mix of breath-work, yin, restorative, and Nidra practices, perfect for all levels.

Dates: Thursday 3rd, 10th, 17th and the 24th April 2025.

Pricing:

Recordings will be available for all sessions so you can practice at your convenience.
