When you need space to think properly again.

You might be at a crossroads. Or burnt out.
Or you might just need a break from making decisions, responsibilities, other people’s expectations.

Our retreats give you a few days where you don’t have to organise anything, answer emails, or hold it all together.

Just time to move your body, be outside, and hear your own thoughts again. You can book a 1:1 session. Talk through what’s been going around and around in your head. Or just lie down with a good book and let someone else cook dinner. Bliss.

    For women who need space to think, reset and work out what’s next.

    Four nights in a beautiful historic finca in the Sóller hills, with luxurious rooms, morning and evening yoga, coaching, incredible food, mountain views and time to properly step out of everyday life.

    There’ll be space to rest, talk things through, hike down towards the sea for a dip, and plenty of laughter along the way too.

    A cosy winter weekend in a proper Scottish country house.

    Just what you need mid-winter.

    Think candlelit yoga, cold sea dips, sauna sessions in the garden, long dinners, cocktails by the fire and slow mornings with coffee in hand.

    It’s not a packed schedule. It’s not about starting the year as a brand new person. It’s just a really beautiful weekend to look forward to, with good food, good company, fresh air and no need to plan a thing.

    For anyone craving sunshine, nature and a proper pause.

    Five days in a beautiful eco-retreat in Tavira, surrounded by lush gardens, natural textures, green everywhere and a peaceful swimming pond for slow morning dips.

    Expect gentle yoga, delicious food, waterfall wild swims, wine tasting, long conversations and plenty of time to read, nap, wander or do very little at all.

    Open to men and women navigating change, feeling ready for a break, or simply wanting space to reconnect with themselves in a beautiful place.

Why Blue Spaces

Blue Spaces was created by the two of us, Nikita and Laura.

Between us we’ve run businesses, changed careers, burned out, retrained, and started again.

We know what it’s like when something in your life needs to change, even if you can’t quite explain it yet.

Laura is a BACP registered psychotherapist and experienced yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. She brings steadiness and depth to therapy and movement, and understands the realities of running a wellness business.

Nikita leads the coaching and business work. She’s an accredited coach and former CEO who understands both the practical side of strategy and the emotional side of change.

We create spaces where you can think clearly, catch your breath, and make decisions that genuinely fit your life.
