What We Nurture

2026

From the stillness of winter to the momentum of spring, this weekend is an invitation to embrace transformation by carefully examining What We Nurture.

A retreat filled with Sauna’s, Wild Scottish Dips, Getting Cooried up by the Fire & Good Company.

Sunset over a mountainous landscape with a rocky path and grassy terrain in the foreground.
Aerial view of a large country house surrounded by trees with autumn foliage, set in a scenic landscape with rolling hills in the background.
Forest with pine trees reflecting on a calm lake surface in a serene landscape.
Cozy living room with a burning fireplace, bookshelves, an armchair, and warm décor.

Imagine taking a deep breath of fresh, crisp Scottish air—the kind that instantly clears your mind and makes you feel alive. Here, there’s a real sense of freedom in the wild landscapes, but also warmth and connection in the shared spaces.

It’s the perfect balance: the thrill of wild swims and hikes, mixed with the deep calm of yoga, sauna sessions, and fireside chats. It’s about rest, renewal, and feeling like you truly belong—held by nature, supported by community, and leaving lighter, clearer, and re-energised.

What to expect

The intention is to nurture the seeds of new dreams & goals we wish to cultivate

We have curated this retreat to guide you through a transformative journey of reflection, growth, and action. Honouring the wisdom gained from past seasons of stillness, you'll be supported in embracing change and stepping confidently into your next chapter.

Through reflection, we’ll move from contemplation to action, embracing the art of letting go and welcoming the unknown. Using coaching tools, we’ll navigate life’s transitions with resilience, identifying and nurturing the “seeds” of new dreams and goals with clarity and purpose.

Together we will:

  • Honour the wisdom gained from past experiences and embrace the energy of starting anew.

  • Explore what it means to nurture dreams, ideas, and life transitions with intention.

  • Nurture goals with clarity, purpose, and actionable first steps forward.

I feel good, and that is reflected both at work and in my personal life. I enjoy our sessions because they are perfectly tailored to my needs."
