The intention is to lean into rest, to feel, to be, to breathe and to understand the wisdom of wintering.

We want to welcome in the festive period  with this free offering: 90 mins of meditation, yin and restorative goodness. 

The practice will take place through Zoom on Sunday the 22nd of December from 6.30pm - 8pm

Open to all, all you need is an internet connection,  a bolster and a couple of yoga blocks (a couple of pillows and some books make great alternatives) 

If you feel called to we suggest a donation to The Wave Project, a charity that aims to improve children's mental health and wellbeing through their award winning Surf Therapy programme.
